Shipping

Thanks for shopping! The Shadow Cities Store delivers worldwide.

Please note that deliveries can take two to four weeks depending on the popularity of the product. If you're lucky and we have your desired products in stock, you might get them in a week. Deliveries will usually be made within 3–5 working days.

UPS delivers the order to your home or office in two days, and it's all trackable.


Shipping costs

All prices are in US dollars. Convert for example here.

Shipping by the Finnish Postal Service:

  • Europe: 6 USD (stickers, gelaskins, up to 2 t-shirts)
  • US & rest of the world: 9 USD (stickers, gelaskins, up to 2 t-shirts)
  • Finland: 4,5 USD (stickers, gelaskins, up to 2 t-shirts)
  • Trackable package: 37 USD (25 euros)

Example: If you order two t-shirts, stickers and a gelaskin (or less), shipping costs 6 USD to Europe and 9 USD to the rest of the world. Three or four t-shirts will cost 12/18 USD. Five or six will be 18/27 USD, and so on. When shipping costs stay under 37 USD, orders will be shipped as Economy Letters.

If you can't find different shipping options for your country on the checkout page, try making separate orders if there's a lot of stuff and please tell us your chosen option in the Comments field on the checkout page.

With UPS, your order will be delivered to your home or office in two days. The cost is under 50 USD, tracking included.


Taxes

For customers from the European union, VAT (Value Added Tax, 23 %) is included in the prices. 

Additional customs, duties and tax charges may apply depending on the shipping destination (such as California sales tax) and will be collected at the time of delivery. Please note that the Shadow Cities Store is not responsible for such charges.


Returns

All products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs on returns and refunds unless the processing error was ours. All products must be returned unused and unworn in their original package.
