If I play for an hour or more, lag sets in. I close the App and restart it after closing it in the background. This doesn't solve the issue. I have to actually shutdown my phone and start it back up again. iPhone 4. Have no issues with this other than playing SC. Phone is new and fine.

And if you get in a fight the lag sets in even earlier. Something to do with the device heating up quite a lot. Once it's cooled down game resumes as it were. Usually this requires shutting down the app for a bit.
