Hide and Seek - Creation From Destruction

Dominators harvest the energy that leaks to our world from the Shadow World. While it’s important to gather energy in support of the cause, it’s often equally necessary to prevent the enemy from doing so as well. As Animators and Architects struggle to control the Gateways, new emphasis is placed upon disarming the opposition’s dominance over energy.
During the ‘Hide and Seek’ campaign, Dominators will have more health but also reward more energy when destroyed.
The ‘Hide and Seek’ campaign will begin Monday, July 4 at approximately 11:00 AM PDT and will run for one full week. The campaign will be split into three rounds and afterward we will be posting the names of the top 100 mages who destroy the most enemy Dominators during the campaign.
We will also be rewarding 10 mages out of the top 100 with 10 free Mana Potions!

How do we find the enemy though!?! Something we are all struggling with in our battle group.

Less campaigns with the theme of +hp to stuff that already takes too much mana to take down would be nice.. its was silly how a 1400+hp spirit only gave 4 energy when it would take 4 casts to take it down, and a "lowball hit" on something like a kosheii with 1750hp would ensure a loss for even the highest level mages.
Same with opposing mages where usually you can get 2-3 shots off and take someone down, but since last campaign everyone ran around with 1450-1500hp and just hit the home button whenever they felt their device vibrate and were rarely eliminated.
How about a campaign with increased mana renegeration, or campaign that buffed war chant?

Totally agree. Another thing, kinda on the same lines, Im tired of level 12s and 13s with 40 ap in each stat being able to stand up to me with vit-65 wil-75 int-40 end-60. We hit each other for about the same damage, and he only has around 200 less hp.
Off topic, but Annihilon's post reminded me of why I was mad.

I love the changes in HP in campaigns, keeps the strategies changing, which is especially important with such a low level cap. However, I'm scared this new campaign is just going to won by people with alts, making easy enemy doms to take out. Hopefully the devs will try to somehow monitor this.
I do love the different campaigns and changes though, and I look forward to future ones!
Friend as many people as possible. I can almost never find doms in my own battle group, but other beacons (especially the NYC ones) usually have green doms nearby, just look in the cloudview, sometimes they're hiding just out of sight.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for the changing of HP to mix things up, but every single campaign, HP just gets higher and higher, and STAYS high.. all but the exception of the earth spirits campaign.. wasn't endurance only supposed to be high for the last campaign? Why is it still high for both mages and spirits?
Will dom hp stay at a ridiculous 2k-4k after this campaign is over? 20 energy is hardly worth the mana to take out a 4khp dom, a baldr is 3k hp and worth 50 energy in retrospect and in some places, they're probably much easier to find than the enemy and less hassle to deal with.

AnnihilonDidn't that get down graded to 25e?
a baldr is 3k hp and worth 50 energy

Haven't killed one this campaign yet.. how irritating that baldr's is rewarding less and less energy but stays the same to kill. At least its still easier to take down than a 4k hp dom, though.
Our war chants are starting to feel like war whispers with the huge hp buffs to everything, sigh

We have many cool things in store for future campaigns beyond just temporarily buffing health. Right now, as many aspects of the game are still in development we are interested in making smaller more predictable changes to the campaigns.
Concerning Baldr's spirit, the frequency of appearance and massive energy reward you saw previously was intentionally adjusted upon the passing of the Midsummer celebration.
