Spirit Hunting

It can be a pain sometimes to find a particular spirit (ie= red rare inrik). Instead of bouncing spot to spot to find it, go where that type of spirit is and just kill what's there. Eventually, the one you're looking for will pop up. I find this to be about 98% effective.

If your in an area that has multiple types of spirits attack the House of the one your interested in. they tend to respawn the type being destroyed.
