My Protest of YOUR Bad Behavior

Teasy
There is an option where you could mute someone and even remove them from your friend's list. I'm glad that I removed you months ago. I regret wasting my time reading this nonsense.
And I regret that you are willing to roll over rather than stand up for what is right. The only way I can see this being a waste of your time is if you are completely unwilling to act for the betterment of another human being, and would rather spend the time less constructively. You COULD have taken the energy and time to reflect and reason on this forum I have provided for you, even if it was to construct a logical argument showing how you do not agree with me. I would have respected that argument if constructed rationally, even if I did not like reading what your opinion was. Who knows: you might even have been convincing enough to alter my perspective. (Had you taken the time to do so.)

The bottom line here: abusive behavior is not only wrong but violates the spirit of the Terms Of Service which all of us agreed to when we downloaded and started this game. I invite anyone to go back and read TOS. I have. The developers may have used vague langusge, but it seems pretty clear from that language that they did not intend this app to be used for abusive purposes.
I would love to hear a member of the staff step up to clarify the agreement in TOS, even if it undermines my point here.

- Here is a copy of the TOS section governing behavior, as agreed to legally by every player using Shadow Cities (I have pasted this here unmodified). Read the full agreement by going to this page: http://www.shadowcities.com/tos/
2.5 Prohibited Uses of the Service
You shall not, and shall not authorize any third party to: (i) defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate privacy or other legal rights of others; (ii) submit or post any inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information; (iii) submit any material or information that is illegal or infringes on rights of a third party; (iv) create a new account to use the Service after Grey Area has terminated this Agreement with you in full or part as a result of your breach of this Agreement; (v) use your account to advertise, or solicit, or transmit any commercial advertisements, including chain letters, junk e-mail or repetitive messages (spim and spam) to anyone; (vi) rent, lease, sell, trade, gift or otherwise transfer your Account or any virtual items or virtual assets associated with your Account to anyone without Grey Area’s written permission; (vii) use someone else’s Account; (viii) modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Service or any related software; and (ix) disrupt or interfere or attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service in any way or in manner, or undermine or manipulate the legitimate operation of the Service.
- Compare these terms to my protest of abusive behavior - especially sections (i), (ii), and (iii). Yes, there is alot of room for interpretation. Any reasonable person will see that however annoying I may be with my sctions here, that doing good for good's sake is right action, however it is interpreted.
I am sure some of you will seek to undermine my efforts here by refering to this document. Please recognise that without a validly constructed argument rooted in an ethical premise, I will not be able to conscienciously take such undermining at full value. That said, please do debate with me.

I found an interesting book online about Finnish law regarding defamation and how it could apply here.
This whole section and the next both point to GA's responsibility while explaining why upholding their TOS just may not happen in cases of defamation or otherwise.
