SABG Alt-Farming Issues

I have made this suggestion in game a few times and have recently sent in an official suggestion as well. A better way to eliminate alt farming than banning multiple accounts is to make it so that players can only log out during the off-rounds (periods of no scoring between the rounds). This completely eliminates all scoring advantage to alt farming, cripples the act almost completely, and still allows players to utilize multiple accounts.
That would make it difficult to maintain accounts like the NYBG communications alt Mob talks about elsewhere, while still allowing alt farmers to leave some presents for one account from their (perhaps multiple) other opposite-team accounts. It'd be awesome to have a stash of green catchers and wards somewhere.
@Hupe: No. It's cheating.

It would be cool if:
- There was a Mage account that one could create that has no spell/movement/structure abilities. It is located in "Limbo," and therefore cannot be used for alt-farming/spoofing. It is available as a strategy status mage.
- Barring that, a revamp of the status/PM system would be great! Instead of having an account that you friend, you create an additional team channel that can have a certain number of administrators to add/remove participants based on need.
"Team" Chat is a joke. I don't know of any battlegroup (barring the ones with just a handful of Mages) that uses their Team Chat for any real strategy work.

So how did this work out for you folks?
Any resolution or just no-go as usual from Gray Area Labs?
I'm not being sarcastic - it would be good to know if GA actually decided to engage their clientelle again. I mean: you obviously spent alot of time here on this project which tells me someone was really upset. I am still trying to understand the balance between player effort and developer feedback (this is still only a few months old to me since I have less than 3 years online).
Any follow up would be appreciated, thanks.

Feral, your position seems hypocritical.
I really don't understand what you're trying to say.
You're upset by people trying to regulate a game,
yet, you're pursuing legal action over words typed in a game?
To follow up myself:
A player used this app to stalk me physically on more than one ocasion. Physical stalking is a federal offense. Online stalking violates California Penal Code.
It is that simple. Words are words. Obsessive behavior of harassment involving tracking a person down near their home or (as in another incident) letting that person know they are being observed in order to intimidate them is classified as stalking and is a crime.
As of this writing, the player I have pursued charges on IS STILL OBSESSING over me and spamming chat in our BG with threats and name calling - even though I have this player muted and do my best to ignore it.
So - not just words typed in a game but REAL evidence has been gathered. I will not say more here to protect my legal status.

We've taken note of all pertinent information contained within this thread and will investigate the matter further. In the future, we ask that you please use our support email or enter a ticket, rather than post to the forums, if reporting about specific individuals.
I want to note here that in my experience (first hand and from paying attention to other players) that Gray Area Labs has done little to NOTHING to respond in a positive, proactive manner to players' complaints. I completely understand Chadj's perspective here: it makes GA look bad and has the potential of being perceived as slander to complain about players publically. Heaven forbid GA should be named in a criminal lawsuit that crosses international boundries.
What would be the outcome? I would suggest that outcome would be as irresponsible as possible based on my observations to date.
