GA would be crazy to not make an Android client. If they want to make money, they'll make an Android client. (And in the RPG world, we keep hearing of stories of apps going to Android and making much more money than on iPhone.) If not, they'll ignore the largest smartphone market and lose out on a lot of money.

Their choice (not that it seems like a choice at all to me), but I know I'd much prefer to play it on an Android device.

I know I could convince a few more friends to play since they have Android devices.

Heck yea......maybe it wouldn't crash as much too

If lag is so bad now what would happen when it opens up for Android?

My understanding is that GA would like to make the game cross-platform, but wants to focus on making the game as fun and functional as possible on idevices right now.

I hope they do expand soon though, because I have several friends who are interested in playing, but have some android phone or another.
