Not sure if this is related to the ghost beacon conversations I'm seeing in this forum. I have a problem that seems to have started this week, maybe even just yesterday.

When I select certain beacons from my beacon list, nothing happens, although I can see a faded out "warp failed" message behind the cloud view if i drag the list down a bit. Other beacons work just fine though.

Same here! Its been 2 weeks now that the "WARP FAILED" message appears. Uggh...so annoying!

Ghost beacons. We've been asking them to fix it forever, and they did. No more warping to a ghost beacon.

Ah. Well they shouldn't leave them cluttering up my beacon list eh?

Leaping to them may have been disabled on the server end, but the beacon list may require a client update to resolve. The next client update should be coming in a few weeks, apparently.

I agree. Seems pretty poor form to change the game's behavior without release notes though. If they're rev'ving the server code, there should be a bulletin of those changes as well. I wanna love ya, Grey Area, but y'all need to start being proactive instead of reactive in both communications and development.

posting to this thread, because this STILL happens repeatedly. at least HALF of my beacons results in a WARP FAILED result
