All posted content in the game or on the web site that is inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or contains unlawful material or information and is thus against the Terms of Service can result in a warning, temporary or permanent ban to Shadow Cities and related services.

You can report a player of violation of Terms of Service from the Support site and we will investigate the matter further and take whatever action is deemed appropriate. Note that no screenshots of chat logs are needed in your report.

Also remember that you can mute any player who you feel is using inappropriate language in the chat.
