This a thread where Shadow Cities Staff members will post some of the currently known bugs and issues reported in the current Shadow Cities version. We will be listing especially issues that affect your gameplay decisions.

If you encounter a bug that has been reported in this thread, it won't be necessary to send a separate bug report of the issue -- We're working on it! If the bug you encountered however hasn't been reported here, please take the time to send a bug report to Shadow Cities Support, so that the Shadow Cities Tech Team is able to check & fix the issue as soon as possible.

The bug fixes will be communicated on Shadow Cities Blog with the version updates, as they are released on the iTunes App Store.

Known issues & bugs that Grey Area team is working on:

* Campaign medals list under your Character View shows only the most recent campaign medals instead of all the medals one has received.

* Turning of Emergency Beacon push notifications setting doesn't work. Currently you need to turn off all push notifications if you don't want to receive push notifications of emergency beacons.

* Vitality is currently not working as intended. As many players have noted, there are thresholds on certain intervals depending on your level -- i.e., first the stat increases do not improve your mana regeneration at all, but when the stat hits a certain point, it improves a lot. This will be fixed, but not as a top priority.

* Sometimes you lose Mana when buying Attribute Points.

* Possible random glitch that may cause spell to cost double mana is under investigation.

* All friends aren't shown always in the Friends View. This is an issue especially with Mages that have large friend lists. For the same reason some of your friends can't be found when searching in the Private Message Send view. Note that you can view your full friend list & edit it on the web site from your account settings!

* Currently it is possible to heal enemy Dominators, but this feature will be removed in the future.

* Destroyed beacons show and are usable to some players until re-logging to the game.

* In some cases upon leveling the mana cost for spells will double.

Fixed issues:

* Some players are receiving weak network connection when trying to connect over 3G connection. The weak network notice seems to be related to only when trying to connect over 3G network, so connecting over WiFi network should work. Some players have been able to fix this issue by toggling off/on the Airplane mode from the device settings.

* Some gateways don't turn to the correct color when conquered. This issue was caused by dominators that were casted out of sight of the gateway. The issue affected only a small limited number of gateways and we have removed the dominators that were causing this glitch. This issue shouldn't re-appear anymore, but if you happen to encounter it again, please contact us by sending a ticket through the Support site.

* Wards don't deal damage when enemy mage attacks it or other strucktures on the realm.

* Shadow Cities crashes when entering Beacon list in Cloudview on iPod Touch. The quick fix for this issue is to update your device to the latest iOS version available for iPod Touch. This issue will be fixed also for the next release update.

* At least in some areas it is only possible to cast 1 ward to the same area. We are looking into this issue. The correct ward limit is 3 wards.

* Logging into opposing team account and back to your account on same device may show enemy beacons on the Beacon list. These beacons can't be jumped to however and re-logging into app cleans the Beacon list.

* Tapping mage name in the Campaign View & Muted Mages lists don't open the player info view

* Collecting Catcher for energy from the Power Menu doesn't reward you with energy. (Collecting a catcher still rewards you with a spirit)

* Spirits don't hit nearly as hard as they should.

* Winning teams weren't rewarded with correct medals from the Song of Arms campaign. We're investigating this issue and correct medals will be given out to all mages.
