This really isn't anywhere close to the most urgent problems that need fixing on SC. Arguments between players aren't nearly as much of a problem as the stagnation of this game. We need new content, and GA needs to pay attention to what the players want. Once those happen, we can focus on the issues that are less about SC and more about the people playing it. Arguments happen on SC because there are still people on it. If nothing is done to truly fix this game, then people will just stop playing. We need to focus on keeping SC alive before we can think about resolving petty arguments between players.

not to mention the fact that people are humans. they think and they believe. people will ALWAYS argue because we dont always think and believe the same. Denying people their right, which you do not have the authority to do, to voice their opinions goes against the constitution of the US, and moral rights as an individual. how would you like it if someone came into your house and said you couldn't talk about what cereal you want in the mornings?
i understand that the political issue does cause a lot of unnecessary conflict between the players, but that's what humans are. conflicting animals who will ALWAYS voice their opinions. justifying it going on the assumption that people get hurt over it, is ridiculous. honestly. More people would be hurt over not being able to say what they want. whether it be political, economical, social, or just trolling in a light hearted manner. Also, people who are seriously hurt over something as small as politics, should keep out of a global, un-monitored, free chat anyways.
