Bannable actions??? - considerations and implications for GA

We just finished a good war-battle with the presence of spiders too

I have crashed at least 7-10 times, three of which have loops.
During the freeza before the loop I was positioned at the point of crash, and here I noticed several interesting things, and particularly:
- I had a chance for at least 10 seconds to select and warp or hit or cast on the battlefield
- During each freeze before loop I've been banned few times
- You can hit and warp (even on enemy orb) if they are in loop

I make a couple of reflections:
1) If I warp directly on the battlefield, not passing fully the crash and then not passing by repositioning at my physical point of spawn, my position is detected as a exploitative behaviou-location abuse?
2) And if i warp or hit on a enemy Orb, is this bannable?
3) And if i cast, ie a ward or bc etc., is this bannable?
(I think not as it is very similar to Blast warping, which is not punished. Btw: if you punish only one of the two actions then you create a clear difference in treatment, with all the associated implications)

If this is a bannable actions then you have to ban all players that do blast warp.
(or review the position of players banned for this and eliminate the different treatment)

If this is not a bannable actions then you need to review the positions of various players banned for this.

I look kind response and clarification on

Like always sorry for my english and I'm ready for the discussion and other point of view

(About Marcomec ban ... I thought many times where was the error made by you, I think could be this one and I think I have provided you with a good point of reflection)

It's called "Crash Warping", Marco.

And, also, "mage ghosts" (which suck).

Ok Anvar

But the question is: Bannable or not??

Because this matters are not covered anywhere and if this are the WHY of the bans ... ... i need a real response

I asked a similar question a month or so ago. It was ignored by GA, so I'm bumping yours in hopes that they will respond.
