What to do when Shadow Cities can't find my location?

Here are few tips to help you out if Shadow Cities can't find your current location on the map:
1. Turn the Location Services off and back on from your iPhone Settings
2. Check that you have turned Location Services on for Shadow Cities from device Settings > Location Services
3. Check if other apps that use your location (i.e. Google Maps) can find your current location
4. If you don't have a 3G connection available, login to Shadow Cities close to a city area
5. If you are using a WiFi connection, check that you have TCP port 29682 open
If you still continue to have this problem, contact Shadow Cities Support
