The Shadow Cities community is expanding rapidly with new mages joining the battle each day in new locations across the globe!

Given the influx of new mages, we thought now would be an excellent opportunity to ask those more familiar with the Shadow Cities experience to share their favorite tips and tricks. Ideally, these tips would be targeted at new mages whose knowledge of the overall game might be more limited in the beginning.

The Shadow Cities Discussion Forums are managed by the Grey Area Community Team.  While many Grey Area employees may visit and participate in discussions, here is a list of active staff members you should expect to see posting on these forums: Community Managers Khamos and Chadj, Game Developer Aurelius & Web Designer Enra.

Grey Area Community and Development Team members type in blue text and can be identified by the unique Shadow Cities “Staff” icon appearing near their name. When you see them, please feel free to say hello and join in on any discussion!

Canada Mages Ahoy! The first Shadow Cities meetup in Canada will be arranged in Toronto at Sherway Gardens Mall on sunday June 12th 11:15 am. Meet up point is in the food court.

This is your change to meet other mages, talk about the game, share feedback, help with game issues, teach new players, and just have fun. Feel free to bring your friends too!  

Mages from both academies are welcome! Players who are minors must get parental permission before coming.

Last friday Grey Area office was swarming with Mages! Over 40 Shadow Cities enthusiasts came over to chat, meet other Mages and share their thoughts and give feedback about Shadow Cities. Thanks to all our guest for a great evening! You guys are amazing!

After all the testing and tweaking and changing the weekly Campaign rules (yes, intentionally quite drastically for testing purposes), we would really like to hear your opinions and feelings about Shadow Cities and what's been going on in the game so far.
