Shadow Feast – Abundance of Power

As the knowledge of the shadow gives an abundance of power, it’s important to gift some of our gains not only with those closest to us, but also with new allies in new places. With the season of sharing descending upon many of us, Architects and Animators form new battle arrangements beginning with the ‘Shadow ‘Feast’ campaign. Only by strengthening our personal ranks to face the challenges the shadow brings can we hope to be victorious during this new age.

The ‘Shadow Feast’ campaign will begin Monday, November 28 at approximately 12:00 PM PST and will run for one full week. Individual rewards will be provided to top contributors at the end of each round and total energy gains can be tracked on the leader board. You can also view the results of each campaign and round on our global battlegroup campaign page

Beginning with the ‘Shadow Feast’ campaign, we will be introducing new regionally assigned US battlegroups that allow you to play and connect with all the mages around your region. More detailed information of these new battlegroups can found here.

Related to this change, we will be also removing the 1000 player limit from battlegroups, so that you will be playing with all the mages in your region or country regardless of when you login to a new Campaign round. Note that addition to the United States, this change applies also to all other countries.

As always we are very interested to hear your experiences of these changes, so do share your feedback of the new Battlegroups on Shadow Cities Forums during the 'Shadow Feast' campaign!

Still skeptical about this, but you have me at least one more campaign. I hope you notice the trend of team imbalance as far as numbers and energy earned. If this trend continues, the game will be so out of whack that there'll be no competition above the personal level. At that point, we're left with Archs quitting out of frustration and Anis leaving out of boredom. Mark my words. On a side note, this medal is weirder than the last. I'm having trouble decyphering both. I THINK the last one was a helmet in the snow. I've got NO clue what this one depicts.

Chad, you understand why the numbers make us feel these "regional" battlegroups are unbalanced, don't you? A 400k energy spread in favor of the Animators in that monstrosity of a "Midwest and Mountain" "regional" battlegroup really doesn't sound like a step in favor of balance.

It isn't a 'region' there is no balance here. It's better than it was last campaign but it's still way crappier than before. What WAS the motivation to mash the state bgs together, seriously?

Good luck getting him to answer that one, KT.
